My experience with Safe-Direct was very positive. David was courteous and knowledgeable answering all my questions. My experiences in these areas with other companies before I selected Safe-Direct were anything but positive and it was a pleasure to be treated respectfully over the phone and by email. Their communication was quick and accurate and I felt kept in the loop as they worked to find a carrier. I also felt like I had a say in which carrier transported my car. The carrier they selected was on time and communicated well at all times including when they had a mechanical issue along the way that slightly changed the expected delivery date. Safe-Direct followed up after the delivery to ensure that the car arrived safely at its destination. I would not hesitate to use Safe-Direct again for my transportation needs and do expect to use them again in the future.
