Contacting Safe Direct Car Shipping was easy. Once assigned a representative, he stayed with me throughout the scheduling process. I had challenging pick-up and delivery dates because of the time I needed to get from my origin to the destination to accept the delivery. The representative helped me through that and made the process seamless. The contract carrier stayed in touch with me and the pick-up and delivery went according to plan. Everything was professional.
If you use an open vehicle, be prepared to get one dirty car.
