I have nothing but positive feedback when it comes to describing my overall experience with Safe-Direct Car Shipping and my customer rep, Chris S. I felt that he was very open and honest with me, answered all my questions and concerns in a timely matter and helped me deal with a "tricky" individual carrier. Most importantly I felt that he was not trying to "pull the wool over my eyes" and quote me a price that was not fair and reasonable in order to line his own pockets. While I would NOT choose to work with the individual carrier again (they were late for pick-up and when I called to locate driver I was treated with disrespect and asked to make up for their ineptitude by leaving my car unattended somewhere in downtown Eugene with the keys in it) I would highly recommend trusting your vehicle with Safe-Direct.
