Jason from Safe-Direct seemed very knowledgeable with the auto shipping process and willing to explain it. He responded to my emails and telephone calls in a very timely manner and with great customer service. I had certain pick-up and delivery restrictions that Jason was sensitive to. I felt that the trucking company itself was not as straightforward with me or responsive as I would have liked, but the car arrived in fine condition and on time. I also felt confident that Jason would have been an advocate had I needed someone to talk directly with the carrier.
