Great broker, terrible transport company

The actual transport company, Seint Auto Transport, was terrible. The straps used to secure the car for delivery depressed the valve on one of my tires and fully deflated it. The driver seemed like he didn't care and was pretty much useless. He did eventually put the spare on for me after I was clearly angry with him, but didn't even try to help repair the flat tire. The tire turned out to be fine and only needed to be pumped and adjusted by the dealer, but I still had to spend several days cautiously driving on the spare.

The actual broker company, Safe-Direct, was amazing and I would highly recommend them. Jason was extremely friendly and professional.
