I did a search of transport companies that were reviewed by the BBB and came along Safe-Direct Car Shipping. I filled out an application for a quote and received an email and follow-up phone call within 30 min. -AWESOME customer service! Then on, I received an email every two days to follow-up. When comparing other companies, I decided on Safe-Direct because of the prompt and professional customer service.

The car was available for pick-up in a time the shipper was going to be available. The car was expected to arrive in 6 days (pick up on Sat 9 am and deliver Fri by 3 pm), but there was a mechanical issue with the shipper's truck, which I cannot hold against him. I ended up getting my car on the following Tuesday at 8 am (10 days time) The shipper Harry was friendly, professional, up-front, and realistic on what I should expect. We spoke about 6 times from pick-up to delivery...great follow-through!

The best advantage of using this company was the door-to-door service. Pick up and delivery; I didn't have to drop my car off at a random site and take a cab ride back home.

Despite the length of time it took (I was on a tight schedule), I would definitely use again and recommend to friends/family/coworkers. Note that the shipper nor the company could not 100% guarantee the car could be at a certain place at a certain time, related to weather, mechanical issues, traffic, etc.
