Quick pickup and Safe service

I confirmed my order with Safe-Direct Car Shipping on Wednesday afternoon and Safe-Direct guys called me back in a few hours and told that the driver is ready to pick-up my car. That was QUICK !!
The truck driver called me in the evening around 6pm and told that he will come to the nearest walmart (2 miles away) because he could not come into the apartment complex. After talking to him a couple of times, I convinced him to come to the road behind my apartment complex to pickup my car. It was a bit difficult to communicate with him in English, since I don't know Spanish I did not have any other option. :D
The driver came to pick-up the car around 8pm to pick up the car.
Safe-Direct guys gave me the driver's cell number and I kept calling him every other day to know where he is. The driver safely delivered my car on Monday at 11:00am.

It took 5 days, Wednesday - Monday, from the day I confirmed my order to get my car.

Pros: Quick, Safe
Cons: Communication with the driver.

Overall, happy that I got my car shipped quickly and safely. :)
