I had ongoing communication with the driver, using text most often. He was very professional and was on time for both pick up and delivery. He did a great job! I recommend anyone using this type of service to think ahead (like I did) and note make the driver come to a narrow or dean end street. Rather meet him at a large parking lot near your home and he will drive your car to your house. And of course you will need to take him back to his truck.
