The price is good compare to other shipping companies, however, the pick-up and delivery are slow and late. When they pick up the car, it was almost midnight when they said they'll pick it up between 8-10pm. Same with delivery, it was delivered at 5am in the morning when they said it will be delivered between 6-10pm.

The back of the car was covered w/ bugs due to the long trip across the country. It was also hard to talk to someone over the phone, we played phone tag for awhile. Overall, it was a decent experience for the price.
