Safe-Direct's part in this transaction was excellent. Their quote was the lowest and they quickly arranged for transport from (near) Los Angeles to the center of Missouri. It only took a couple of days from calling them until the car was picked up, one week total from first call to delivery. The car was delivered on time and undamaged to its destination. No problems with billing or anything else.

The trucking service that actually moved the vehicle was "Ebro LLC". They are apparently one of many shippers that Safe-Direct uses. Ebro got the job done competently. A couple of minor quibbles with them. It was sometimes hard to understand the driver on his cell phone. (Cell phone plus accent isn't the best formula for clear communications.) Both pick up and drop off were late in the evening, which felt a bit odd, but may be typical for this business. Neither of these issues made any difference in the end, since the car got where it needed to go.

We would use Safe-Direct again.
