Although we had mission accomplished with the successful transport of my car, response time on the phone, lack of full and comprehensive training on the part of the broker's agent , no prompt call backs, all established a low rating for this case.
They advertise a $30 rebate for completing a survey that is not fully explained. The refund drops to $10 if you respond that you have been compensated . Checking this box (or not checking the box) determines whether your survey stays on the website 24 / 7. This not fully explained by the broker agent upon verbal contact and placement of order.

More thorough training of phone agents and full disclosure of the rebate options should be some of the areas focused upon by Safe Direct Car Shipping
