Tom knows this buisness inside and out. He didn't beat around the bush or tried to sugar coat the facts. He was upfront about everything. My car was off the beaten path of most drivers and Tom said it would take longer and cost more if it was picked up there. So he recommmend to have the car driven close to a major highway if possible. That saved me $300 plus waiting around for a driver who would actually consider driving to that area. Semper Fi !
