I received quotes from several companies and after a little research through the Better Business Bureau and this site reviews I decided to use safe-direct car shipping and I couldn't be more satisfied. Their quote was the second from the lowest but service was the highest I could ask for.

Upon booking the transport within moments Tom called me directly to ensure there was no confusion. He explained that if I was in a hurry we could increase the price and have faster service but if I had a little time he thought the drivers would consider this a fair deal. Every couple of days he checked in to make sure I understood he was still watching and as long as I wasn't in a hurry it should work. After six days from the first available pickup date I began getting antsy and called Tom to discuss the situation. After our discussion we decided to increase the shipping cost by $100 but Tom also decreased his fee so the driver actually had a larger incentive. Some 20 min. later he called back and let me know a driver had booked the load and would be picking the truck up in three days.

The transporter called almost immediately and was obviously in touch with the person releasing the truck, Tom, and myself throughout the process. Upon delivery the vehicle was in perfect shape and again within minutes from delivery Tom sent me an e-mail checking to see if everything was good.

Tom was very informative and helpful throughout the process and has my highest recommendations if you need to transport a vehicle.
