Having never transported a car before, Tom was very helpful in explaining how the whole process worked. Since the vehicle was being delivered to a remote location it required a bit extra time to set up. Once a carrier was found it was a very smooth and easy transaction. Transport driver was very friendly and professional. Pick up and delivery all went well, and it was even delivered a day sooner than promised.
