Service was excellent, they picked my car on thrusday evening in arizona and delivered to me on monday morning at 7:00AM in georgia. Turn around time was really good. There was a problem with initial pickup, my car was supposed to pick up on monday, but unfortunately the truck that was supposed to pick up my car was oversized with other cars. I talked with the safe direct agent, he helped to get in touch with other transport and they picked my car and turned around in destination with in 4 days. I am really happy with the excellent customer service.
