I was very concerned as a first time college parent sending my son's car from Long Island to Tulane and back. Each time, David walked us through the process; consistantly got back to me via email and/or phone and was extremely professional. The drivers were both (from LI to Tulane and Tulane back to LI) very prompt, pleasant and professional. Overall, the experience was excellent. We have already used this company twice and will continue to do so.
