Overall the service was fine. Originally we did have some problem because the carrier that was chosen for me called and said that it will not arrive until 2 days after the originally quoted pick up date and that carrier was also rude to me. But, David made sure to find another carrier quickly so the pick up date remained the same. Something I did not know was that even if they say door to door, it doesn't mean that the trailer will come to your door. The carrier may come and drive your car to some unknown location or you may have to drive your car to where the trailer is parked [My new carrier did not have permit to enter DC]. I let the carrier [PK Line] come and pick up my car and drive it, but I wish I was aware of this before I had signed up for the service, so I did not have to deal with the stress of figuring out last minute, whether I feel comfortable letting someone else drive my car to the trailer. Overall the car arrived in its original state, with some black marks on the seats (luckily they came out by glass cleaner) and the car mileage showed that it was driven about 75 miles. David was very good about explaining to me how this process works and very receptive to my questions and calls, so that was good.
