I contacted this company after I was very upset with the first company. David was upfront on everything and best of all, NO DEPOSIT REQUIRED!! Other companies would immediately ask you for a credit card information and promise not to charge until carrier gets assigned.This is a big NO NO. I learned that from Angels Moving Autos from Redding, CA. These women would sweet talk you into getting your credit card information and charge you before you know it. Dont ever give your credit card information to anybody until they confirm the carrier with their phone number. If they do not allow it, dont use the company.
I have used so many transport companies before and Safe-Direct Car Shipping Company is the best with reasonable rates, quick service,and best of all , no deposit required. The car was picked up quick and was delivered before I knew it. Incredible job.
