unexpected delivery

I called to see when the car will be picked up, I was told that it will be pick up on Saturday and the delivery date was friday, but didn't they weren't sure. The car was picked up on Monday, and the delivery date was change to Wednesday in the morning. I have to called in Sick to stay home to get the car because they won't change it to Friday or even Wednesday afternoon or night. It is not very conviencent, but it was acceptable.
