I felt that I should have been briefed on payment procedures, rather than been told I should have read the policy. I chose your company because of your fast response to my request. Did not shop for price. I asked many times to just pay the fee, and was not notified about your payment policy, until last minute. This caused a lot of stress at time of shipment.

Hello JD, I'm sorry about the confusion about payment - we always inform customers who ask that the deposit can be paid by credit card but that the final balance is due in cash or money order to the carrier. That is industry standard, so we also put that information in our terms and conditions, on our website, in our videos and in the dispatch notice we email before your truck is sent to your location. Thanks for mentioning it, as sometimes customers make assumptions about payment options without verifying.
