Safe-Direct folks made a somewhat daunting experience very simple. The website videos answered many questions in advance. David handled everything beautifully, so I felt confident and it took little of my time. David was very responsive, gave good advice, and things happened as promised. (And yes, they are giving me back $30 for this review, which I would do anyway because I'm happy, and am donating the money to my local food pantry.)
