I needed to get my truck from Milwaukee to Los Angeles within 2 week before heavy snow starts this winter. I provided Tom with dates and time the truck needs to be picked up and delivered. Although I was unable to control when it would snow (because it actually snowed), my truck was picked up on time in Milwaukee during first heavy snow and also delivered on time in Los Angeles on time. In addition, I got periodic updates up until the truck was delivered.
