David was excellant. My request for a quote was very responsive. My questions around pick-up, delivery, payment etc. were answered professionally, and to my satisfaction. Actual pick up date and time were communicated several days ahead of time. Delivering carrier was very communicative, keeping me informed of where the truck, car and driver were, and ETA. On day of delivery, recieved a call from the driver 6 hours ahead of time, and several calls advising status. I would definately use Safe Direct again.
