If you need to get your car moved and time/quality is of the essence you should go ahead and use Safe Direct. Tom will be your contact and he will get back to you in a timely manner and be totally honest about everything. You may pay a little more through Safe Direct, I paid $1100, but after moving many times, I have learned that a few bucks is worth the heartache you may have to deal with while dealing with others.
If you live in an urban location, the moving truck may not be able to reach your home so be prepared to meet the driver in a more suburban spot as I had to do in SF and in NYC. The driver called me on both occasions and I took public transport to get there and back when meeting them outside of the city.
