Safe Direct Car Shipping is a good auto-transport service.
At first I picked a cheaper price quote from 1-Flat Rate LLC on the comparison website but I checked the rating online and called for a quote from Safe Direct Car Shipping as I also cancelled 1-Flat Rate LLC by both email and telephone call. Although I did not see the deposit quoted from the comparison website for Safe Direct Car Shipping I went ahead with the latter service due to its excellent reputation.

On the pick-up date, I waited and waited and didn't get any call from the pick-up guy so I gave Tom, my direct contact to Safe Direct Car Shipping, a call. It turned out the 1-Flat Rate LLC didn't cancel my order so the drivers from other auto carriers wouldn't dare to pick-up my car. Tom was very patient and helpful in explaining the situation and arranging another pick-up within the same day. At first I was annoyed since I already paid the deposit and the company didn't call me to let me know about the other unprofessional practice disrupting the transfer so that I could remediate the situation. Luckily I was able to talk to Tom and got the next pick-up ready on the same day even when I was not available at the time to present the car. I got my car back early (5 days instead of 10 days promised). The car was transported by the carrier named Global Logistic Management Corporation and the guys there (George and Carlos) were also very friendly, promptly and professional.

Tom should get a raise from Safe Direct Car Shipping after he does all the following up (emails and calls) with his customers right away especially if there is an incidence or emergent change in the order/shipping. Also the service needs more people taking phone calls directly since Tom couldn't handle them all.

People who want to have your cars transported, you need to constantly call to verify the shipment in order to prevent last minute glitch/hassle and always keep the email trail if cancelling order from another company.
