I was worried that end of year shipping would be tough. Tom was very good in replying to my emails and calls. When the time neared the shipping date he informed me that we'd had to raise the price so that we would be able to guarantee a truck driver to pickup my car. I decided to go ahead since it was urgent that I get it picked up around that time. Got truck driver information confirmation. On the date of pickup driver had trouble with his truck but was able to pickup the next day. A little bit of confusion but I guess for end of year that's something to be expected. The delivery went smooth and I'm happy everything worked out.
