What a pleasent new experience for this type of service. Never shipped a car before and didn't quite know what to expect. Similar to your first online purchase but with a helpful coach (Jennifer) to answer your status questions along the way. Service was fast, damage free, cost effective, and saved us time and miles on our new vehicle - don't need the local dealer anymore. Next time I need this service, I know exactly what to do.
