My contact, David, was very communicative about various quotes that were in the system for similar routes, and doing so helped me decide on raising my bid to the needed level. It was more than I had wanted to pay, but after waiting out lower bids I realized it was necessary to raise my price. In the end, I was very satisfied with the service and especially pleased that the transporter delivered the car two days sooner than they had quoted. I was offered a $30 rebate before being asked to submit my review.
