The price was competitive, and the service was friendly. I had some issues getting the pick up set. But, once I establish that the car was available immediately, the pick up was arranged the same evening. Delivery condition was good... just one minor scratch. The delivery scheduling turned out to be a hassle. First estimate was Tuesday, then noon on Wednesday, then 2 pm on Thursday. Actual delivery was at 8 pm on Thursday. Delivering a few days later than the initial estimate was not problem for us. Trying to make arrangements to catch a continuously changing delivery date and time was a real pain in the butt. It would have made our life a lot easier if the estimated delivery date and time had been correct... even if it was 3 days later. Overall, I would use this auto shipping service again.
