My 2010 Prius was assigned to BZ Transport. The driver arrived exactly on the first available day, and called me the day before to confirm. He was very courteous and helpful when I told him I had an unexpected business call and could not be available for the first 30 min he arrived. He assured me not to worry, he would handle everything til I was free, and wait if necessary. The car was inspected and ready to be loaded when I got off my (unavoidable) call. I was very thankful he was so pleasant and easy-going. I was told my car would arrive in 7-9 days in NJ. It arrived in 7. I was surprised and pleased that they were able to get it directly to my house, though on somewhat back roads. They had moved it to a smaller transport truck for t his delivery. Again, the driver kept me well informed of his schedule and called me to tell me that traffic on Rt 1 (always a nightmare, I know) was worse than expected and he would be an hour later. I was happy for the call as it let me know not to sit by the phone. Car showed up in perfect shape, good to go. No issues whatsoever. I also found Safe-Direct, the brokerage house very helpful to work with. Good information, quick follow up. So from the brokerage (Safe Direct) - the carrier - BZ Transportation to the drivers, a good experience all around. I have shipped this car 4 times, so knew what to expect and they did not disappoint.
