This was my first time shipping a car. I decided on a previous company but saw bad reviews from other customers, so decided to go with Honesty First. Honestly, the name caught my eye. The price is very reasonable and the agent (Jennifer) was great. I called many times because I was scared about this shipping experience, but she answered all my questions and helped me through it. Because I couldn't have the car reach the destination before I did, I asked that they have it arrive at my destination after the 25th. I received it on the 27th, which was actually perfect. The only downside was that I had to walk to where the truck was because my apartment complex was too small. The truck driver and I had a hard time communicating that it took us about 30 minutes to find each other. But we both didn't know the area too well and obviously it's not the truck's fault for being too big to come into the apartment complex. Overall, it was a great experience, and I actually just recommended Honesty First to my friend.
