Jennifer was very communicative via phone and email once I made my first inquiry about the cost to move our vehicle from CA to IL. We were able to change our pick up date to earlier than we had originally planned based on her good counsel on how the Labor Day holiday pick up might change the delivery times. The carrier chosen was prompt on the first day of availability on our end. We were told the delivery would take 7-10 days and it did arrive one week to the day of the pick up. The process of choosing a broker for a cross-country mover and then trusting the carrier they find for you is a bit of a new experience for most people, I am guessing, but Honesty does a great job! The quote we were given was exactly what we paid - no surprises.
