Having never shipped a car before, I was pretty clueless and nervous about the whole process. I decided to use Honesty First and was really pleased with the interaction. Jennifer was extremely patient with me and my endless questions about how it all worked. (Towards the end of one of our many phone calls I told her she should be called an Auto Transport Therapist!) Unlike the rest of cross-country-move planning, the process of shipping car is frustrating due to the lack of the ability to plan ahead. Honesty First was great explaining how it all worked to me though. Close to our available date, Jennifer even suggested I raise my bid slightly to increase the chance of getting a carrier within our selected time slot (which was tight because we had plane tickets to fly east).

She always either answered my calls, or returned them within the hour. She was also great with email communication. Once a carrier was assigned, I did a little research and read that they weren't too highly reviewed. We had just purchased our first new car, so the thought if it being damaged or in bad hands was the last things we wanted. I called Jennifer and we discussed the reviews and told me what she had on her end about the carrier (they had an internal list of carriers and their ratings). She was extremely transparent about this, which I appreciated. We were pressed for time, and feeling anxious about shipping the car, so we gambled and went with the carrier.
Other than a little language barrier with the driver, it ended up being totally fine and the car arrived in great shape a few days ago. The whole process ended up being one the less stressful parts of the whole move when it was all said and done! I hope we don't move far away for a long time, but if we did, I'd definitely use HF again. Thanks Jennifer! :)
