This was our first experience with an auto transport. Having read horror stories, we were very careful about checking out references and the BBB. Prices ranged all over the place from just below what we paid to over 2x from some other carriers.

Choice was based on the BBB review more than anything else. The pick up driver showed up right on time (our first available day), did a very complete instpection (with photos) with us and expalined the process.

Drop off was right on time (7 days, our earliest available day), though due to the streets, we met the driver at a local mall parking lot instead of our home. It was only 10 minutes away and probably a better place anyway to have the truck come in. Again, a complete inspection and a very nice driver to work with. Car was a bit dirty, but nothing unusual.

This was a very good experience and would use them again in a similar situation.
