After putting a deposit down with another company, Direct Express Auto Transport, I waited 3 weeks and my car had still not been shipped. I was very frustrated and felt deceived. I had also been in contact with other companies, including Auto Transport 123. However, each time I would agree to their price and call to finalize the shipment, the price seemed to go up.

In final desperation, I contacted Thomas Reardon at Ship Your Car Now. I was at the end of my rope. Because of the delay from the other companies, I needed the car guaranteed to be delivered in 6 business days. Tommy promised me it would be. As soon as we agreed upon the price, he was extremely prompt in sending the electronic paperwork which was easy to sign. He also checked in with me regularly by phone because he knew I was concerned due to my bad experiences with other carriers.

The car was picked up in Phoenix 2 HOURS after I called and signed the contract with Tommy. It arrived on the promised date, although it was late at night.

I appreciated Tommy's honesty. Because the car was going to a more remote location, it needed to have a change in carriers/drivers. Tommy explained the process to me and was very transparent about exactly what was going to happen with the car.

On the receiving end was my 20 year-old college age daughter. I was not with her to receive the car and I was concerned about her meeting the driver at night with cash, etc. The driver was extremely professional with her and the transaction went smoothly.

Tommy helped me get out of a jam and the customer service he provided was excellent. I can't recommend Tommy or this company enough.
