The shipping company did a great job transporting my car from San Francisco to Louisville, KY. Since they picked up my car earlier than expected, they contacted me ahead of time so I can be ready. Although I would have liked them to pick up my car directly at my house and drop it off at my sister's place, I knew that the transporting vehicle is very large so I met them at a parking lot about 15 minutes away. Overall, I had great service, the drivers were super nice, and my car was in excellent condition when it arrived.
