Overall good service. Very courteous and responsive staff with the exception of truck company dispatcher who always sounded as he just woke up or high! The car was picked up on time and delivered a day early in perfect condition. Price was in line with most reputable competitors. Now here are the negatives; Although the car was picked up on time, they did not assign a pick time until 2 days before pick up. Once the car arrived, the dispatcher called at 11 pm to confirm a 7am in the following morning for delivery and asked for cash or cashier check nowhere in the previous conversations did anyone mention anything about paying in cash or certified check. They had debit card on file. When I informed him that We will have to wait until the bank opens, the delivery was pushed back to afternoon. Then they called again to ask if they can drive the car to me instead of loading it because the delivery truck was broken. I agreed because their yard was not too far from me. Overall, despite the minor glitches I was very happy with the service.
