Adam was very helpful in picking up 3 days out from my shipment date to see what was available (initially contacted them 2 month earlier for quote). Price was moderate in comparison to other vendors. 3 days into process Adam called telling me having multiple companies "competing" for my transport was hurting my chances of getting someone to pick up the order and confusing the truckers. He told me I needed to cancel with the other vendors. I felt like this was a strong arm tactic and in my opinion seemed to sour the working relationship and sense of trust. Nonetheless I told the other vendors I was going exclusively with Ship your car now. Unfortunately they were not able to make my desired pickup date within a week and I had to move out of the area. Best quote they gave was for $200 more than original and also 150 miles away from my original drop off location.

Follow up: management contacted me to explain why cars were not picked up. Carrier was avaialble after my desired pickup time but due to moving out of house and disconnnected phone line I was not able to receive their updated solution. Appreciated the follow up from management despite intitial frustrations.
