I would like to apologize to Gina if she feels she did not have a 5 star experience. Our goal here is to provide great customer service and locate professional drivers. We explain to all of our customers up front that not all carriers can get door to door with there 53ft trailers due to road restrictions. They will try to get as close as they can at a safe location. Also cars that are transported on an open carrier across country will get dirty. A good wash on the end will do the trick.
