We were disappointed to receive your feedback and we are sorry we did not live up to our standards on your shipment . As our many five-star reviews attest, we are able to secure carriers for the vast majority of our customers within their pickup window. We did our absolute best to assist you. This includes utilizing our full Price Lock Promise to contribute additional funds to make your transport the highest bid in the area and further incentivize carriers to pick up your vehicle. Despite our efforts, logistics can be difficult due to circumstances outside of our control. That said, we understand that despite these efforts you were still inconvenienced and frustrated and for that we are sorry.
