After initial confusion with Dealer (through no fault of transport) this transport was quick, easy, and right to my door. I had heard many stories of having to meet a driver somewhere, and initial contact with other transporters suggested that this would not be an easy transport to where I am located in NH and picking up on Long Island. John found someone that I was most comfortable with, spoke with the carrier over the phone and that sealed the deal! John was absolutely professional and honest through the entire process.
