Rene was great to work with. I have shipped vehicles before and used other transport companies before but this is the smoothest transition I have ever had. Serenity called me gave me a price a little higher than some but I wasn't too concerned I needed next day pick up and they made it happen. Sammy also called while vehicle was in transit to update me.
