Zero communication and low quote to get job then raise price!

I went with them because of decent reviews here. BIG MISTAKE!! Mike Price was in constant contact with me by phone, text and email when he first sent me his quote, but as soon as I paid the $199 fee he went silent. He would not return calls, texts or emails and when I called the office they just sent me to his voicemail. I was originally quoted $1,389 for door to door service from IL to TX. I paid their fee of $199 with a credit card so after texting Mike to confirm that the balance I was to pay the driver was going to be $1,190 he said yes, little did he know that I received a call from one of the other shipping companies the very day he confirmed the $1,190, asking me if it was my shipping because he noticed the same zip codes and it was listed on the boar for $1,450. So Mike new very well that he had underpriced the quote just to get the job, he told me on a Thursday that there was a driver ready to pick up my truck on next Monday or Tuesday. Of course he ghosted me the next week and only after I texted him that I was gonna fly to pick up my truck on the Thursday after it was supposed to be picked up did he say he had found a driver but only one and was going to be $1,500 even though he knew full well he ad originally posted it at that price! I had no choice but to pay as my truck had been sitting in the lot for almost two weeks, this is a shady company!! RUN DON'T WALK FROM THEM!!
