I was quoted a price of 1200 to send my Toyota from LA to Georgia. Then it changed to 1400 to match prices which is understandable. Then Mike told me they were able to send it out either Thursday or Friday but Most likely Thursday because it was better. I was moving that Friday so I wanted to rhe pickup date to be before I left. Days go by and I don’t hear anything and I check up to make sure my car will be picked up. He then informs me that the price will be changed and so will the date. It wouldn’t be picked up until that Monday. So I had to find someone else to pick it up….. They didn’t tell me what day they were dropping off, just that I had to be available. They said it would come in five to seven days. So when the time comes for them to pick up the time, the driver tried to change the location of pickup. When I informed him that’s not possible he said his truck couldn’t fit, which is not true. Five days go by and I hear nothing so I’m calling the driver and Emailing Mike and no one is messaging me back so I start to feel like it’s a scam and they’ve taken my car. Finally Mike emails me back and says it will take 5-7 days and gives me the drivers number which I already had. A week goes by and I hear nothing. They finally tell me they are running behind and my car will be here on Tuesday but couldn’t give me a time. At this point I had work so I had to go out of state and my friend had to pick it up. Tuesday comes and still no word. They then tell us they will drop it off in the evening. The evening comes and my friend leaves work and is waiting only for them to call us and say it will be delivered the next day. UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Giving us little time and changing the time again. So Wednesday comes and he texts and says he is going to drop off the car in 3 hours at the Walmart. No notice no nothing. My friend is at work and Walmart is not where it was suppose to be dropped off. I then give him the number to my friend AGAIN because I was at work. I then told him we had to figure something different out. I find our he never calls my friend and when he does he tells him he is already unloading my car. I will never work nor will recommend these people again. I should let have had to stress that much shipping my car. The communication is terrible, and It felt very unsafe having my car with them.
