Hi Marc,
I want to apologize for the bad experience that you had with us. As soon as this was brought to my attention, I went ahead and refunded the difference in price.
As the owner, I was not happy to see this review, but I am glad you brought it to our attention. We are constantly striving to improve our process and overall customer experience, and never want our customers to feel that we did not deliver the service as promised.
