Same thing, they took my deposit to ship a car to Germany. There were a lot of add-ons to the original quote, even though it was supposed to be complete. They have the title, copy of my passport and credit card info of course. Never heard from them again. It's been about a month. No answer at any number. I filed a complaint at the Pompano Beach police dept. I would suggest others do that too.
