Overall Secure Auto transport supplied very poor customer service and I would not recommend them as a transporter.
I had several issues with them.
1-Poor or no communication-with me,with delivery drivers, with drop depot
2-Services paid for in advance not received, money not returned
3-Poor/no follow up after deliver and associated probelms
The vehicle was to be dropped at a depot for pick up at my convenience.Therefore I had to pay the entire fee up front.
This was where the problems began.
I was quoted a price for a delivery which was a reasonable cost. The fee for depot service was added to the original quote price as discussed with my customer rep. This was all paid in full by me. Upon my arrival to pick the vehicle up at the depot, the drop fee had NOT been paid. Seeing as I had travelled 50 miles with a trailer, and they would not release the vehicle,I was forced to pay again or leave without the vehicle.
Late pick up.
I was told the vehicle would be picked up on Thursday or Friday.
Finally, a contract driver arrived to get the vehicle the following Monday. The driver called me to say he would NOT pick up the vehicle as it was COD and he was dropping at a depot.I informed him I had paid the entire amount up front to S.A.T. He left the vehicle where it was.
I called S.A.T. and they said they would look after it and it was a paperwork error.
The next day(Tuesday) a second contract driver called me to say he would NOT pick up the vehicle as it was COD. Same issue, different driver. A second call to S.A.T about the same issue. They said they would look into it and get back to me. NO CALL BACK. I called the driver again to which he said he would call his office and get it straightened out.
Later that night the driver called and let me know he picked up the truck but there were still issue with the COD. AGAIN, NO CALL BACK FROM S.A.T.
The driver called me again Friday to let me know he was dropping off the vehicle at the depot. The depot had NO IDEA THE VEHCILE WAS COMING. I called S.A.T. to find out about the drop depot and how they were getting paid. Again I was told they would get right back to me.
Guess what?? NO CALL BACK. I called the drop depot later that same day as well as the driver. The driver informed me he still had a COD work order and was not sure how he was going to be paid but that he had left the vehicle there for me. As mentioned previously, I had to pay the depot cost, which I had already given to SAT.
Following several calls to S.A.T. (Vanessa) and a few e-mails, I finally had a return e-mail. The e-mail tells me I never actually paid the depot fee in my payment.
I had the original quote price and the quote with the depot fee added. I asked them to explain HOW the final price and the original quote difference was EXACTLY THE SAME AMOUNT AS THE DEPOT DROP FEE???
I have never had any return correspondence from anyone at Secure Auto Tranport even though I have sent additional e-mail , including all quotes as reference, and phone calls.
They have my money and it will not be returned.Good way to screw someone out of a little extra cash near Christmas I guess.
DO NOT USE SECURE AUTO TRANSPORT!

YOUNG'S TRANSPORT out of Naples Florida were the contract drivers that delivered my vehicle and the driver Bill was EXCELLENT. He called me and let me know what was happening and he left the vehicle with out really being sure how he was going to be paid.
I hope he got his money from S.A.T. He deserved a big Christmas bonus. The vehicle arrived in good condition with no damage.
Therefore, call YOUNG'S TRANSPORT (239-514-3124)to get your vehicle delivered. I would use THEIR service's again in a heartbeat. Good Job fella's.

Original assigned truck had mechanical problems and had to cancel. We dispatched another truck within 3 days to pick up the vehicle. The drop fee at the terminal vehicle was delvierd at was never collected by Secure from the customer. Customer paid for transport in full at time of booking. Once vehicle was delviered to customer hauler was paid in full. Vehicle was delivered in a timely and profesional manor.
