Original assigned truck had mechanical problems and had to cancel. We dispatched another truck within 3 days to pick up the vehicle. The drop fee at the terminal vehicle was delvierd at was never collected by Secure from the customer.
Customer paid for transport in full at time of booking. Once vehicle was delviered to customer hauler was paid in full.
Vehicle was delivered in a timely and profesional manor.
