`My husband and I had to ship his work truck when the trailer we had rented couldn't haul a 10,000 lb truck. We were in a very difficult situation as we had to be at our new home in Wyoming the next day. I called SAS and the customer service agent Richard Zainool found us a driver who said he could pick up the truck within two hours. We happily paid the "reservation fee" of $475.00 and waited for the driver to arrive. He never showed up! The next day I called Mr Zainool and was told that he was unaware of the situation and would submit a request for the refund of our "reservation fee". That never happened either. Long story short. After weeks of calling Secure Auto Shipping and being transferred to their accounting department (where no one answers and their voice mail box is full) I gave up. They stole 475.00 from us. That's simply the only way I can put it!
