I would give zero stars if I could! The driver was 2 days late picking up the vehicle from Honda-Tomall and 5 days later than the scheduled delivery date to Louisville, KY (transport was from Houston to Louisville). The driver gave multiple excuses for delays each day one of which included being stopped by the police! Secure Auto Shipping was unresponsive to my calls (would not return voice mail calls I made) and were very difficult to get in touch with. They would, however, answer calls from the salesman at Honda-Tomball who arranged the delivery. Despite the huge delay, the company did not offer a refund of any kind (I paid $789 total). I actually had to track down the wife of the driver to try and get answers from her since the driver didn't speak English. It was a real circus! To add insult to injury, their employee who took my debit card number over the phone for an initial $189 to secure the transport and insisted it would be deleted, not only didn't delete my card number, but a week later I ended up with over $105 in unauthorized debit card purchases from the SAME AREA as the the shipping company! The company address is 11905 NW 35th St in Coral Springs, FL. $91.11 of the unauthorized debits came from a Papa John's pizza literally 30 minutes from Secure Auto Shipping's location! I have filed a complaint with BBB, posted negative reviews on their FB page, and I have talked with Miami Lakes police dept, Miami Date police dept, and following their advice I will be starting the process of pressing charges with the Harris Co police dept where I live (I was told they would work with the FL police depts). I am so outraged by the actions of this company!
