William was quick and to the point. I called and placed the order on a Tuesday night. By that Friday he had secured a driver for same-day pick-up. He didn't ask for a deposit until then. He worked with me on the pick-up time since it was short notice. The driver was planning to deliver Sunday night, but we were having a bad storm, so he called and asked if he could wait until Monday morning, which was better because of the heavy rain. The car was delivered Monday morning as promised. The driver was very nice and called me several times to coordinate delivery. He was careful with the other vehicles while loading and unloading. Everything was quick, hassle-free and as promised. No surprise fees or charges. Thank you!
